Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Actus account and all of the data associated with it at any time. You don't need to contact us first — deletion is self-service and available both inside the app and from the web (so you can still request it even after uninstalling the app).
Delete from inside the app
- Open Actus and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Delete from the web (no app required)
If you have already uninstalled the app, you can still delete your account from any browser:
- Go to actusapp.io/profile and sign in with the same account you used in the app.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the data we hold about you, including:
- Your profile and account details (name, email, sign-in identity)
- Your body measurements, injury and pain reports, and recovery signals
- Your workout plans, workout history, sets, reps, and performance data
- Your training preferences and equipment profile
- Your AI Coach conversation history
- Your subscription record and any feedback you submitted
When it happens
Your personal data is anonymized immediately when you confirm deletion, and all remaining data is permanently deleted within 90 days. We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it (for example, tax and payment records related to a subscription), as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
